Hibiscus flowers are dried burgundy-hued petals of the roselle plant or Hibiscus sabdariffa. Used to make "Agua de Jamaica, one of Mexico’s most common agua frescas, which translates as “hibiscus water”. It is sweet, tart, delicious and really a refreshing drink all at the same time.
