Shipping
Packages are sent through PostNL or DHL with Track & Trace. Shipping costs in The Netherlands are free on orders over 40€. We will provide you with a link to follow your package online. The Wadden Islands are excluded for shipping in the Netherlands. Please double check your shipping address. Once shipped, we cannot make any changes anymore.
If you chose to have it delivered at a Pick Up Point or Parcel shop please make sure your package is collected within 7 days. Uncollected packages are automatically send back and we are forced to charge additional shipping costs for cancelling your order.
Returns Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- All costs associated with returning items are to be paid by the customer
- Returns cannot be made against tortillas, tamales or huaraches
